2010 Outstanding Young Farmer & Century Farm Awards

March 5, 2010 — Bruce and Jolene Gumz were selected for the 2010 Outstanding Young Farmer Award at the annual Farm/City Dinner at the Stoney Creek Inn in Rothschild. Two other Outstanding Young Farmer nominees were recognized, as well as four Century Farms and the Farm Progress Days Scholarship was awarded. The dinner featured locally grown food and a live auction with all proceeds going to help fund the Ag Ambassador Intern and the Ag Adventure Tent at the Wisconsin Valley Fair.
