Learn more about this great opportunity for 4-H youth held at the UW-Madison campus – Saturday, February 17.  Contestants will have the opportunity to evaluate classes for beef, swine and lamb carcasses, hams, place retail cuts, identify retail cuts, complete a label exercise and much more.  Registration is $12 per youth and due by February 5, 2018.  Resource material and contest information can be found here:  https://fyi.uwex.edu/youthlivestock/programs/4hmeatscontest/
